The universe is a rather unlikely place. There are dozens (to our knowledge) of finely tuned measurably-constant values in the universe, each of which must be accurate to within a tiny tolerance (about ${10}^{-10}$%) for human life to be possible. To what extent can this improbability be scientifically dismissed?

There are plenty of nice tools available, which could be used now or soon. Three are mentioned here: data URIs, CSS pseudo-elements supporting positioning, and innerHTML used in an XML context.

The new site has gone up after about two days’ work, which is quite an achievement for me given my total lack of experience with MySql, PHP, and only some CSS before starting the site from scratch.
